I am in an alliance but most of the members are inactive. The active ones are nice and all but during abb it's kinda hard to get good amount of rings. I would feel guilty if left but at the same time I'd like to be in a more active alliance. Also we don't get many LAWs and if I get one there's no one to actually kill her ( I can't do it myself )

Join my alliance. I’m not the leader though. It’s very active during abb and there are lots of good LAWKs there. It’s called Night of Azure and it’s in Have Fun With It/English. There are 29 members so far so you better be quick if you plan on joining because there’s only one slot left.
It’s also very active in the notice board so if you need help in the game the members can help you :)

You can just tell them in the notice board that you're leaving to go to a more hardcore alliance or you can just withdraw. Your choice.
But it's better to leave and be in a more active alliance and get better rewards than to be stuck in a crappy alliance for the entire game and get nothing good in abb or law in general
