So, we meet again, Celestial Lord. It is I, Calamity, queen of the Demon Realm. My demon ministers have worked hard to find a cure for the miasma afflicting me. One fruit of their efforts is the ability to speak to you via crystals as we do now. First off, allow me to apologize for the trouble my ministers have caused at every turn. Their boundless love for me has caused them trample upon the rights of the Celestial Realm's people. It has been of great concern to me, too. And now once again, Prime Minister Demise and Minister Cairn have ventured into your realm in search of a cure for my miasma. I had already warned them in no uncertain terms back when Vielle and Sucia did the same. Forgive me. If I could speak to them over this crystal, I would order them to return to the Demon Realm at once. Therefore, would you not seek them out for me? This will no doubt be a troublesome task, but I am counting on you, Celestial Lord.

- Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think we could hear much less see Demon Queen Calamity via a crystal. Due to the miasma emanating from her body, no one but minister-class demons can get anywhere near her. As for the demon ministers she wishes us to track down, I believe they have come to this mountain, for I sense magic power of unbelievable strength. One demon of such power is difficult enough, but two of them? And to make matters worse, they have come to the mountain that "she" controls. Well, Milord, let us locate the ministers forthwith!

- I have located them. The demon ministers Demise and Cairn are now heading your way. It seems I have managed to stop them before they caused any trouble. According to the Oracle, this mountain is home to the magma flower, a flower with such great life force, it can survive on a blistering hot mountain such as this. The two of them no doubt sought to use the flower to cure my miasma. I have ordered them back to the Demon Realm, so you need not worry anymore. I am sorry to have troubled you like this, Celestial Lord. Now, if you would excuse me...

- Ooh, it's hot...so hot, Master! I've come here a number of times before, but the heat has never been this intense. I bet it's the result of the demon ministers being here. But now that Calamity's request has been fulfilled, we can get out of here. Master, let's return to the cool comfort of your kingdom and-- Hm? Where are the two ministers? They were supposed to be waiting right here! Don't tell me they are still looking for magma flowers?! Ooh, this is bad! We better go after them at once, Master! Oh, but beyond this point lies... It's the realm of Hephaestus, goddess of lightning and volcanos!

- Milord, there is a figure up ahead. I think it is...Lady Hephaestus?! She appears quite angry. My guess is she has just done battle with those two demon ministers. We should have figured this would not end without them causing some sort of trouble.

- I apologized to Hephaestus via the crystal, but it did little to assuage her wrath. I am not the least bit surprised, though, considering the state of relations between our realms and the actions of my two ministers there. Forgive me, but could you track down Demise and Cairn once more? I will ensure they return to the Demon Realm this time, for I cannot allow relations between the Celestial Realm and the Demon Realm to deteriorate any further.

- There is still no sign of the two demon minsters. They must have gone further into the mountains. But they shall not find any magma flowers, no matter how much they look, for Hephaestus guards them in a secret area. It is truly akin to a furnace here. I fear my barrier shall be unable to protect us if the heat rises much further. ...Hm? What is this power I sense brimming forth from the ground? Could it be the volcano is about to erupt?!

- Th-This is terrible, Master! It seems this volcano is about to blow! According to the Oracle, the magic power emanating from the two demon ministers is triggering an eruption! They've really put their foot in it this time! Hephaestus is trying desperately to evacuate all the goddesses and spirts on the mountain, but it's not clear whether they'll make it in time. Speaking of which, we should evacuate, too! I don't want to end up burnt to crisp!

- Forgive me, Celestial Lord, but I could not sit back and let this go any further. I have, therefore, used my telepathy to order Demise and Cairn to await you up ahead. Forgive me for not telling you beforehand, but time was of the essence. Since they are the cause of this mess, they should be its cure. That is why I have ordered them to stop the eruption, even if it costs them their lives. (Demise, Cairn... If you would continue to call yourselves ministers of the Infernal Realm, then show me power worthy of that name.)

- Did you see that, Milord? I could hardly believe my eyes. One minute, the volcano was about to erupt, and the next it went quiet. According to Calamity, Demise hurled the volcano's seething magma into a dimensional void, and then Cairn replaced it with new and more tranquil magma. Only the demon ministers would be capable of such an astounding feat. I fail to understand all that has transpired, but suffice it to say, the threat of an eruption has been averted. Hm? Oh, it seems Hephaestus is summoning us. Let us go at once, Milord.

- Wow, can you believe it, Master?! Lady Hephaestus gave us some magma flowers! I'm absolutely speechless! It seems she heard of Calamity's state from the Oracle, at which point she said, "Why didn't you tell me sooner?!" with an annoyed voice, and then gave her some magma flowers straightaway! It turns out Lady Hephaestus is actually quite kind and generous! Demise and Cairn were so delighted, they didn't waste any time turning them into a remedy for Calamity's miasma. Let's hope it really works this time!

- I commend you, Celestial Lord. Thanks to your efforts, my ministers' rampage has been halted. I am now having Demise and Cairn clean up the mess they have made upon the mountain. After all, though the threat has been averted, they will not have learned a lesson unless there was some sort of punishment. As for the magma flower-based remedy, it will soon reach me here in the Infernal Realm. I shall let you know as soon as we find out whether it works or not.
- Forgive me for keeping you waiting, Celestial Lord. I just tried that remedy prepared from the magma flowers, but as I suspected, it was unable to cure my miasma. After all your valiant efforts, I feel I must apologize. Nevertheless, after seeing how much you and my vassals wish to see me cured, I, too, feel that I must do all in my power to make that come true. Until now, I felt it was my destiny to bear this miasma upon my being. However, if denizens of the Celestial Realm are so willing to help me, then I owe it to you to make my best effort. From now on, I will do all in my power to seek out a cure. That may require your help in the future, so I hope you will keep an open mind when the time comes. And should I finally be cured, I shall personally pay a visit to your kingdom to thank you and apologize to my vassals. For the sake of both of our realms, may that day come sooner rather than later.
